ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Chelsea! Welcome to my page! I look forward to meeting you. I am very passionate about health and wellness. My passion for fitness was ignited during my years as a gymnast and cheerleader. I quickly learned the foundation and fundamentals of fitness. Each fitness component: strength, power, agility, balance and flexibility all play major roles in becoming your best physical self. Moreover, I gained significant insight into the power of having a positive mindset, the excitement of challenging one's body daily and the grit it takes to push outside your comfort zone to reach the next level. I developed an appreciation at a young age for what movement did for my body and how it provided relief from the stress of everyday life. Training, competition and setbacks formed the foundation of my fitness journey.

I graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. Fueled by my love for fitness, I began my career at an onsite fitness center of a major corporation in the Chicago suburbs. I started there as an intern and eventually worked my way up to club manager. I loved helping people reach their fitness and wellness goals. With 8 + years in corporate fitness and several fitness and nutrition certifications, I am ready to help YOU achieve and maintain your goals!
